they are m8x1.25 bolts that hold it together and i can make or port whatever u want

if its a 95-99 2.4 then its the same head as the neon (which it also flows better then the pt/srt style head) as for the internals just use srt pistons and rods. they will handle around 500 whp or so. and the nolt pattern on the 95-99 2.0/2.4 heads is the same as the srt (even thought the port shape...

do you have a how to/ projectlog showing how you made them? Is that stock neon TB's you used? looks like it would be easier than modifying GSXR 750 ITB's i sell them so no i dont have any write ups on how to make them.......... and yes they are stock neon t-bodies. people have been doing them like ...

stock rods and pistons yeah........ but like u said the crank will handle probably 800+ whp but ur gonna need crank straps to keep the bedplate from grenading at those levels. TK also sells the strp kits

For the sake of not doing a job twice and the 40 bucks the head bolts cost I usually replace them anyway. Why take a chance. well up above u said " you will need" a water pump and head bolts, not "i would suggest them to be safe". im pretty sure thats why roy said that. hell i was gonna say the sam...

seals are the same............. besides the heads of the the two valves being different diameters the sohc valves are about an 1/8" longer on the intake and 1/4" longer on the exhaust than the dohc valves, just FYI.
