Do you mean the kick panel that goes where the hood release is? I put the 98 R/T 2 door kick panel in my 95 4 door and reused the 95 4door hood release with no problems, I did not know the 4 door and 2 door kickn panels are diffrerent,what does not fit on your replacement kick panel you got? I think...

Been doing odds and ends since the total swap, I installed the front door checks out of the 98 R/T 2 door into my 95 4 door,they bolt right in and alot more positive and no chance for the door to slam on your leg,my original left front door check was just plain worn out on the 95 sedan,the coupe doo...

Your Neon does not look that bad, as long as the rust has not attacked the structual I would say fix it... new vehicles are nice, but cost money,and a few years down the road it is not so new anymore and you are still making that payment......If you want all motor and and relieble I would go 2.4 swa...
